A comprehensive evaluation designed to look beyond prior assessments—resulting in a diagnostic formulation and treatment strategy that is yours alone.
Second opinion / complex cases
Comprehensive medication consultation
$1,200–$1,500 · One-time or as needed
For treatment-resistant presentations or those seeking a rigorous second opinion. Includes a 90-minute consultation plus 90 minutes of dedicated record review.
Ongoing care
Follow-up visit
$350 · 30 minutes
Consistent, unhurried sessions focused on refining your treatment and maintaining the clinical partnership.
Established patients
Comprehensive annual review
$600 · 45 minutes
A dedicated session to step back from routine follow-up—reassessing the diagnostic picture and ensuring your care plan still reflects where you are now.

Priority same-week consultation
$500 · 30 minutes
Available in-person during office weeks and via secure telehealth during hospital weeks. Fee processed at time of booking.
Payment & insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. This allows us to focus entirely on your care without outside interference. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
