Consultations & Fees
Belcadi Psychiatry offers a focused range of services for adults seeking careful, individualized psychiatric care. Whether you are establishing care for the first time, looking for a second opinion, or managing a long-term condition, each service is designed to give your situation the attention it deserves.
— Initial Consultation: $750 · 90 minutes
A comprehensive 90-minute evaluation designed to look beyond prior assessments. This is a deep dive into your clinical history, lifestyle, and goals, resulting in a diagnostic formulation and treatment strategy that is yours alone—not one inherited from the standard system.
— Comprehensive Medication Consultation: $1,200–$1,500 · One-time or as needed
Designed for complex, treatment-resistant cases or those seeking a rigorous second opinion. This includes a 90-minute face-to-face consultation, plus 90 minutes of dedicated time for a meticulous review of your prior clinical records, pharmacy data, and laboratory results. I encourage you to share any prior evaluations or medication histories before our first meeting. This allows me to digest the details in advance so we can focus our face-to-face time on what matters most.
This visit does not require a commitment to ongoing care, though that remains an option if it is the right fit for both of us.
— Follow-up Visits: $350 · 30 minutes
Consistent, unhurried sessions focused on refining your treatment, monitoring progress, and maintaining the clinical partnership.
— Comprehensive Annual Review: $600 · 45 minutes
An extended annual visit for established patients. A dedicated hour to step back from routine follow-up — to review the arc of your treatment, reassess the diagnostic picture if warranted, and ensure your care plan still reflects where you are now.
— Priority Same-Week Consultation:Established patients may request a priority 30-minute consultation for urgent needs. Available in-person during office weeks and via secure telehealth during hospital weeks.Fee: $500 (Processed at time of booking)
Payment & insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. This allows us to focus entirely on your care without outside interference. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
